We proudly sew our beautiful bandanas in Los Angeles, California. Each one is handcrafted to order, and may vary slightly in size, details, and shape. The fun part is that each one is unique each time. We are not responsible for any damage caused by your beloved pup. Always make sure that your pup is comfortable wearing our bandanas since they are meant to be tied around their neck. We recommend to leave room between your pup neck and the bandana, ideally about two fingers measurement. Take off the product if they seem uncomfortable. Eros and Lu is not responsible for any damage due to misuse.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted due to the fact that our bandanas are handcrafted and personalized according to your pup measurements. We recommend to look at our size chart for a more accurate dimensions.
